At Magic Souvenir, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized jewelry that holds special meaning for our customers. We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We sent the wrong item or incorrect personalization. 

If you experience any of these issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • clear photo of the product showing the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the error is on our end.

3. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

❌ Personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)

❌ Items damaged due to improper care or accidental breakage

❌ Change-of-mind returns

5. Shipping Issues

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed due to the carrier, please check your tracking number first. If the issue persists, contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.

Note: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
